These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of A Wright Network ("AWN", "we", "our", or "us"), including the platform available at awrightnetwork.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use AWN.
AWN is a private, invitation-only professional network for individuals working in the live entertainment, touring, and production industries. Membership is subject to application review and approval by AWN. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. You must be at least 18 years old to use AWN.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your real name and professional details. AWN accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login with others.
You agree to use AWN only for lawful, professional purposes consistent with the norms of the live entertainment industry. You must not: post false, misleading, or defamatory content; harass, threaten, or discriminate against other members; share another member's personal information without their consent; use AWN to solicit for competing platforms or services; or engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the platform or its community.
AWN facilitates connections between members who post roles and members who express interest in those roles. AWN is not a party to any employment, contracting, or hiring arrangement between members. We make no representations about the accuracy or suitability of any role posted, and we are not responsible for any outcome of interactions or agreements made through the platform. All hiring decisions are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.
You retain ownership of content you post (profiles, messages, Signal posts, and other contributions). By posting content on AWN, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of operating AWN. We do not sell your content to third parties.
AWN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of member-submitted information, or the suitability of any member or job posting for your specific needs. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AWN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, employment, or data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AWN at any time for violations of these Terms or for conduct that we determine is harmful to the community, at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@awrightworld.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the platform or email. Continued use of AWN after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
